The apartments are situated on a small secure development overlooking the 12th fairway and adjacent to the clubhouse of Miraflores Golf Course.
The security is enhanced by remote control electric gates and garage doors.
The complex has superb tropical gardens and lawns surrounding a large swimming pool and children's pool.

If you want to lie back and relax and take in the sun's rays there is a plentiful supply of sunbeds whilst for those with more energy a paddle tennis court with racquets and balls is available.
Each spacious apartment is well furnished and fully equipped and sleeps four in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite, both with bath and shower.

The apartments have two terraces, one on each side of the building, providing sunshine at all times of the day. You can sit and watch the golfers play down the 12th fairway or overlook the pool and enjoy seeing the children play and swim.

There is private and secure underground parking which keeps your car safe and cool and avoids those burning seats and steering wheel when parking out in the hot sunshine.
Lifts connect the car park to each apartment making the transfer of your luggage light and easy. For indoor entertainment all apartments have British T.V. including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. The beach, local shops, bars and restaurants are less than five minutes by car and for those wanting brighter lights at night, Marbella and Fuengirola are nearby.
